Peace within…

There’s a gentle flow of thoughts…begin to watch your breathing…slow down at that moment and stay focused on the breathing rhythm. Let your mind wander once in a while, but gently and non-judgementally let these wandering thoughts float away like leaves on a beautiful creek nearby….bringing back your focus on the breath! Stay atleast 5-8 mins in this realm of meditative space . Observe the sounds around…feel your feet on the ground…smell the flowery fragrance in the air, if you may! Enjoy the peace within …
